Sunday, October 30, 2005, 9:00-11:00 a.m. (empty hand) and 2:00-4:00 p.m. (weapons) Joint "Aiki Friendship" Seminar with Twin Cities Aikido Center.
Location: Twin Cities Aikido Center, 2390 University Ave., St. Paul, MN
For each two hour session, an instructor from each school will teach one hour. We shall be covering a sampling of empty hand and weapons arts from both schools, possibly to include an introduction to pressure points, yama arashi nage; and tanto, ken, naginata, and soft weapons (leather strap) techniques.
